Cut The Cord

Sometimes, you need to cut the cord with certain people and start afresh. Businesses have clients they rely on who keep the money rolling through the door. However, it isn’t uncommon for these companies to ask a lot of the firm in return. Often, bosses work their employees to the bone just to keep one or two people happy. In the meantime, your workers are underpaid and overworked, and the business gets lazy. By reducing the firm’s commitments, you will have to work hard to find suitable replacements.
